Well hello everyone.

I hope all is well with everyone, especially to those in high school or college and are finally getting their well deserved summer breaks.

I know I am enjoying my break, so much in fact, that I am taking a wee bit of a break from any design. I made it a point to get out and be active with friends and just chill for a bit. So, there will be no work done on my computer for a bit, and hopefully that leads to me gathering some good resources for inspiration on further works.

Anyway, thank you to EVERYONE who has commented, favorited, or watched me lately. I will comment back, I promise, but in due time. I just have a lot going on right now and several hundred comments to get back to haha.

Anway, enjoy the great weather everybody (unless you're in those damned tornado areas then take cover and be safe) and until next time people...

Well hello everyone.

So I haven't been as active on DA as of lately, mostly due to school work. In fact, school work is the only reason I have not been as active lately haha. I browse every now and then and post some school work up here for show, but not a whole lot of it because none of it would really make sense without an explanation or a lot of reasoning as to what the project was.

I GREATLY appreciate EVERYONE who has commented or favorited my work. I truly appreciate the support and I am always glad to know that my designs are enjoyed by people here on DA. I would comment your page with a thank you, but I never really get too much time to do that. So here I say "Thank You" to everyone who has commented and fav'd my work.

I will upload as much as I can, I have some free time so I've posted a couple little experiments in modern design up here mainly to show use of a grid and that design does not have to be colorful to be factual (although that does help, this is just showing that modern design can be dull as well haha).

Well, It's definitely been a while here, and the answer to all of your questions is yes...I will be back and submitting work soon. Unfortunately it will not be the text art you are all deeply and madly in love with due to school, but other work will uploaded here for all to see and comment. Well hello there everyone. It's time once again for MrBadger's update on his journal. (Everyone's excited I see) Anyway, I ask you to bear with me through it, and hopefully enjoy

I hope that everyone here at DeviantArt has had, and/or is still having a great holiday season! I know I'm still enjoying mine to the fullest, and I just hope everyone can do the same.

Anyway, you probably won't see any deviations from me until about mid January. The reason being, I am at home from college and my parents live in the stone age with dial up AOL...yes you read that correctly...dial up AOL...which #1. is slowwwww. #2. Won't ket me submit deviations to DeviantArt for some reason! and #3. is a bastard. Computer's can indeed be machines of evil intent...or maybe I should say AOL instead of computer...but yea. So bear with me, more will be on the way from me soon!

Well I hope you all enjoyed reading my mindless chatter. I'm off to comment and appreciate other's artwork now. Enjoy the rest of your holiday season everyone!

I just wanted to come out and say thank you to everyone here at DeviantArt who has commented, favored, or watched me and my recent work!  I'm glad that my audience here has significantly grown and that my work has been loved by many and has had the ability to inspire many individuals here in the DeviantArt Community.

All of my recent typographic works have been attempts at something new. What you see in my gallery are the 1st attempts at this type of design. There were no previous attempts. I'm ecstatic to know that my experiments with typography were so successful and enjoyed by many! Thank you so much to everyone here again, and I hope to continue to develop my skills and please my audience with more work to come!

So...hi!

This is my first entry in this new type of technology to me known as a journal...and yea...here goes nothing...literally...nothing...no one would seriously want to hear what I have to say anyway.

I have been experimenting a lot with typography and grunge lately (mostly due to the influence of my classes) and have come to really enjoy it! At the current moment I am working on a series of about 4-5 posters that will all be designed with typography and show quotes that I believe in or feel strongly about. For now, just words and textures. Images may be incorporated another time. Please give me any sort of feedback, whether it be positive or negative, and let me know what you think of the designs. I would greatly appreciate that!

Also, I've learned reading any sort of book on design can greatly help any individual, whether you be a novice or a professional designer.  At the current moment, typography is flowing through my veins, so here are the current books that have helped me understand this subject much better:
